Temperature is the main factor in the alteration of food products, such as fruit and vegetables. Inadequate thermal conditions can cause the deterioration of the goods and the loss of their organoleptic characteristics. To guarantee the freshness and integrity of the products during transport, it is necessary to use specialized vehicles and equipment capable of maintaining a constant temperature inside the cargo area throughout the journey. 
Not only that: it is essential to provide training to staff and to accurately plan routes and delivery times.  At Villatrans we also have dual temperature vehicles, with internal bulkhead, which allow the transport of products that require different storage conditions.
